All About Me

A lecturer and PM by day, my other passion is food and well-being! I had spent all of my summers and holidays helping my grandparents with their fruit and vegetable farm and with their long hikes to the stunning pine forests in search for red fruit and mushrooms that we’d later preserve. In doing so, as a child, I’ve developed a deeply respectful relationship with food and understood early on that we can harness its power to optimise our well-being. Having spent hundreds of hours researching how to live sustainably, all while remaining well and strong, I’ve arrived back to where I started as a child - to a predominantly whole food plant-based diet, produced locally, with care, respect and love for what the nature is so readily sharing with us. My goal is to evaluate the abundance of short-term fads, trends and diets in search for an optimal solution for sustainable, long-term well-being. I have created my own micro farm to test to what extent are my solutions feasible and what impact canthey have. All that, I am willing to share with you.
